The staff are extremely polite, knowledgeable, friendly. The establishment is extremely clean (for an auto center). My experience was definitely pleasant and I will be doing future business with them. I highly recommend them!

Tried to up charge me for a mass airflow sensor for 700$ (with labor) , the same part was at a local parts store for 160$, they attempted to charge me 540$ for labor… I asked them how much for the part so I can do it myself, they said the part cost 650$, not even kidding and stated they where only gonna charge me 50$ for labor. Quality service likes to take advantage of people. Stay away

I got a state inspection and emissions appointment and dropped my vehicle off early. They got it in asap and their report was very easy to follow of what was needed or recommended. Customer service was excellent and the whole process was very smooth. 5/5 stars and 2 thumbs up, I would recommend this shop to others without a doubt. I’ll be a returning customer.

This was my first time using Quality Service Center but I will definitely return! They were so professional and kind!!! I bought a car at an auction and I have very little knowledge of car repairs and they could have taken advantage of me and my lack of knowledge but they did not do that. They were upfront about the work that needed to be done and the fact that the car was not worth the amount of repairs that were needed. They allowed me to leave the car there until I could get a salvage yard to pick it up. They truly could not have been better to work with!!!

Moved from another State and this was a great experience! By far, the nicest, most helpful group of people I have dealt with in a long time!!! I would/will recommend them to everyone. Julie did an amazing job of communicating thru the whole process. The owner Keith was a delight as well. Thank you
